We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (STRICTLY WITH OUTBOUND SALES EXPERIENCE) to call out to customers and qualify leads that are a good fit to work with our Sales Agents.
Job responsibilities include:
- Cold call out to leads who have shown interest in homeowner’s insurance quotes
- Assess buying intent/interest
- Assess product/market fit
- Determine customer’s eligibility
- Transfer qualified customers to our Sales Agents to close
Key Requirements for this role include:
- Experience in outbound calling for Sales.
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong WiFi/Internet connection
- Basic computer skills
Bonus points for:
- Prior call center experience
- Prior Five9 experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:
- Communicate effectively with our potential customers and Sales Agents
- Meet productivity expectation around call efficiency and productive phone time
- Adhere to provided call scripting
- Accurately qualify eligible leads
- Take detailed notes based on customer interactions
