ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time.
- Ability to read, write, analyze, and apply procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Manage high volume of client emails to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop strong and trusted relationship with clients through timely and accurate communications.
- Maintain and update documents related to client accounts.
- Generate customer reports on periodic basis.
- Create CRM tickets to update client specific edits, programming changes. Internal permission for emails and website access.
- Attend project status and review meeting with client on a regular basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Candidates must have very strong analytical and research skills, including consistency, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate a PC efficiently with applications such as Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook etc. (Must have)
- Excellent command over MS Office and internet applications
- Typing: 40-50 wpm.
- Previous experience in logistic management (a plus)
- Understanding and knowledge of freight audit & payment; expense management (a plus)
- Customer Relationship Management (Strongly preferred)
- Experience in usage of internet related applications (E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.) (Strongly preferred)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures etc.
- Native American and or British or “Clear Neutral” Accent
EDUCATION:
- Minimum: Graduate
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Acquiring A+ Certification and training (Plus)
- Any computer software diplomas/ courses (Plus)
EXPECTATIONS
- This person should have strong MS Excel knowledge along with good typing skills and technical computer knowledge.
- Work closely with management as well as with clients to set the direction for new feature sets and new account maintenance.
- To ensure that highest level of quality is delivered.
- To perform QC on the work done by other agents to maintain the desired level of quality.
- To completely understand the processes involved in working for the client on different software’s.
- To have knowledge regarding efficient usage of the software’s
- To meet all the other quality benchmarks established based on client feedback and survey.
- Resolve client issues in accurate and timely manner.
- Attend project status and review meeting with client.
- Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and client.
