We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (STRICTLY WITH OUTBOUND SALES EXPERIENCE) to call out to customers and qualify leads who are a good fit to work with our Sales Agents.

1. Cold call out to leads who have shown interest in homeowner’s insurance quotes
2. Assess buying intent/interest
3. Assess product/market fit
4. Determine customer’s eligibility
5. Transfer qualified customers to our Sales Agents to close

1. Experience in outbound calling for Sales.
2. Fluent English (verbal and written)
3. Strong WiFi/Internet connection
4. Basic computer skills

• Prior call center experience
• Prior Five9 experience

• At least 1-year experience in a sales and customer service.
• Excellent work ethics and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Goal oriented, and results driven.
• Can quickly learn new processes.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, and working on holidays and weekends.
• Can start ASAP
