We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible for and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

2. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
3. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
4. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
5. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
6. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
7. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
8. Audit systems and assess their outcomes
9. Preserve assets, information security and control structures
10. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

1. Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
3. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
4. Expertise in data centre management and data governance
5. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
6. BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
7. Education in computer sciences or telecommunication.
8. Must have CCNA Cert, preferably CCNP certified.
9. With PCI env experience.
10. 5 to 10 years previous directly related experience in large network administration / deployments
11. Comprehension of networking concepts including network design principles, data flow determination, routing, switching, ACLs, Route-Maps, VLANs, IP addressing/subnetting, spanning-tree, etc.
12. Understanding of advanced networking technologies and solutions including MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, multicast, policy-based routing, ether-channel, QoS, traffic-shaping, load balancing, WAN Optimization, etc.
13. Experience with Cisco ASA, PIX Firewalls having hands on experience on configuring P2P VPNs, GRE Tunnels, IPsec Over to GRE Tunnels
14. Must have strong experience in configuring Fortinet FortiGate firewall, integration with Active Directory Services and implementation of policies
15. Understanding of advanced data center networking technologies and solutions including Data Center Interconnect, DR integration, etc.
16. Expertise in network designing (flow-chats, Data-linked Diagrams etc.) using MS Visio or any other tool
17. Solid understanding of network utility services including TFTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, SYSLOG, etc.
18. Must have experience in configuring & managing Servers including DC, DNS, DHCP, RIS, FTP, VPN & File Server
19. Must have experience in configuring & Managing SEPM Symantec End Protection Manager
20. Excellent presentation and communication skills regarding technical and non-technical concepts
