Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and Review: Conduct regular quality audits on invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy in calculations, timely billing, and adherence to client specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in the invoicing workflow, recommend process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
- Compliance: Ensure all invoicing activities comply with internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Error Identification: Monitor errors in invoicing, investigate root causes, and work with teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality audit findings, including trends, error rates, and areas needing improvement.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with the client to understand invoicing requirements and provide feedback on quality-related issues.
- Support: Assist in developing and delivering training to invoicing teams to ensure understanding of quality standards and guidelines.
- Data Analysis: Use data to analyze performance trends, generate insights, and support decision-making for continuous improvement in invoicing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related role within finance or invoicing.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes, financial regulations, and accounting principles.
