Client Claims Representative
Description
The Client Claims Representative is a subject-matter expert for the EZ Claims software and the claims process. The Client Claims Representative is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our claim clients as well as on-boarding new claim clients. This role is responsible for analyzing claim trends and helping clients achieve their goals and get the most benefit from our service by communicating best practices, suggesting process improvements, and providing software training and support. They will also support the processing of claims and handle carrier/client communications as well as work with internal resources to assist with the daily responsibilities.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Strong, well-developed interpersonal skills are needed to develop and maintain a working relationship with clients as well as work effectively with internal personnel, Clients, and Carriers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, at all levels.
- A high level of analytical skills to identify trends and make suggestions to clients for improvements.
- A general level of knowledge acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of customer relations experience in a technical service environment.
