According to the latest Fischer Phillips flash survey 2021, the first point of the extensive report concludes the current labor crisis as a bitter reality, which has impacted 94% of organizations trying to recruit.

Labor Crisis - Most Hard-Hit Industries

The November 2021 survey found 53% of employers facing extreme difficulty in hiring with the highest impacted industry being Hospitality at 98%. Other significantly affected industries follow as:

  • Manufacturing: 93%

  • Healthcare: 92%

  • Retail: 91%

  • Finance & Insurance: 91%

  • Automotive: 87%

  • Construction: 84%
