According to a Glassdoor survey conducted online, 7/10 respondents currently working from home believed a vaccine should be mandatory when returning to the office.
Almost 9/10 of these (86%) said they preferred working from home even after offices re-open.
Even when 3/4 agreed to get a vaccine, 69% expected incentives like more cash or paid time off for getting vaccinated.
1 in 4 responded they would quit their jobs if asked to return to the office.
