With only 18% of respondents wanting to go back to work full-time, a Harvard Business School survey found that professionals don’t want ‘business as usual’ anymore.
People are looking towards flexibility at work and productivity to go side by side, with 98% continuing their jobs working from home according to the survey. Almost two-thirds prefer to be fully vaccinated before any on-site work, while 1 in 3 stated that their work quality grew better in WFH.
