Premier BPO is now looking for a Real Time Analyst (Workforce) in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Description:

We are seeking a talented hardworking professional to join our team as we ride the
wave of growth. The role requires individuals with excellent analytical skills to understand
clients requirements and the provide workload analysis and accurate human resource scheduling.

• Analyze work log to identify peaks and lows.
• Propose schedules based on workload trends.
• Study existing schedules and provide critical feedback.
• Provide management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly trends analysis.

Maximum Requirements:

• Proficient with reporting in excel.
• Individuals with experience on WFM applications and frameworks will be preferred.
• Individuals with experience in BPO will be preferred.
