ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and apply procedures.
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Manage high volume of client emails to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop strong and trusted relationship with clients through timely and accurate communications.
  • Maintain and update documents related to client accounts.
  • Generate customer reports on periodic basis.
  • Create CRM tickets to update client specific edits, programming changes. Internal permission for emails and website access.
  • Attend project status and review meeting with client on a regular basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Candidates must have very strong analytical and research skills, including consistency, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate a PC efficiently with applications such as Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook etc. (Must have)
  • Excellent command over MS Office and internet applications
  • Typing: 40-50 wpm.
  • Previous experience in logistic management (a plus)
  • Understanding and knowledge of freight audit & payment; expense management (a plus)
  • Customer Relationship Management (Strongly preferred)
  • Experience in usage of internet related applications (E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.) (Strongly preferred)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures etc.
  • Native American and or British or “Clear Neutral” Accent

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum: Graduate

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Acquiring A+ Certification and training (Plus)
  • Any computer software diplomas/ courses (Plus)

EXPECTATIONS

  • This person should have strong MS Excel knowledge along with good typing skills and technical computer knowledge.
  • Work closely with management as well as with clients to set the direction for new feature sets and new account maintenance.
  • To ensure that highest level of quality is delivered.
  • To perform QC on the work done by other agents to maintain the desired level of quality.
  • To completely understand the processes involved in working for the client on different software’s.
  • To have knowledge regarding efficient usage of the software’s
  • To meet all the other quality benchmarks established based on client feedback and survey.
  • Resolve client issues in accurate and timely manner.
  • Attend project status and review meeting with client.
  • Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and client.
