PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Electronic Invoicing SolutionsBuild and test electronic invoicing solutions for carriers, utilizing EDI ANSI X12, CSV, EDIFACT, XML, XLS, and Webform formats to ensure compliance with operational and system requirements.
  2. Requirements AnalysisAnalyze Customer Requirement Documents (CRD) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRD) to ensure compliance and meet data requirements.
  3. Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate and lead internal review meetings, fostering collaboration between IT, B2B, Client Relations, and Audit departments for effective solution development.
  4. Test Plan ImplementationCreate and implement test plans, meticulously documenting results and making necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and timely implementation.
  5. Quality AssuranceEnsure the implementation solution meets project timelines and adheres to quality standards.
  6. Procedure DevelopmentDevelop, document, and maintain standardized carrier automation procedures.
  7. Issue ReportingDocument and report significant issues discovered during carrier file testing or processing to business owners and leadership promptly.
  8. Problem ResolutionThoroughly analyze issues and requests, providing clear communication of solutions to stakeholders.
  9. Project DocumentationCreate and maintain a detailed project log and actively engage in process improvement activities.
  10. Knowledge SharingShare knowledge of duties with colleagues, including mentoring and training less experienced staff.
  11. AdaptabilityPerform other duties as needed or assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  1. Microsoft Office ProficiencyProficient in the Microsoft Office suite with Intermediate-level experience in Excel.
  2. SQL ExpertiseExpert level experience with SQL, demonstrating the ability to build complex queries.
  3. EDI/EDP KnowledgeExpert level experience with EDI or EDP files, including x-12, xml, xls, csv, and webform.
  4. Problem-SolvingExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Interpersonal SkillsStrong interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  6. AutonomyAbility to successfully perform the job with little direct supervision.
  7. Project ManagementPrevious experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  8. Logistics BackgroundPrevious logistics experience preferred.

MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING:

  1. EducationBachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Experience5-7 years of experience handling EDI or similar technical systems processes, with 3-5 years of experience using SQL queries to obtain and analyze data.
